Plane crash in Buttonville, Ontario
Imagine driving to work on a regular day on the same road that you take every day at the same time but then suddenly, BAM, a plane just crosses your path on the highway.
No, this is not a hypothetical situation. This actually happened in Ontario, Canada.
Don't believe us? Watch the video.
This is the footage from a dashcam of the tow truck that just missed the skidding plane by a second.
On Tuesday morning, around 11 a.m. a small plane, Sirrus SR20 that had one female passenger along with the male pilot, skidded across the highway near the Buttonville Airport in Markham, Ontario in Canada.
Nobody on the road was hurt, but the pilot and the passenger of the plane suffered minor injuries.
The lucky tow truck driver, Bill Chan spoke to a local news channel, "I was driving on the highway, I was picking up speed, and then the plane just came right in front of me," he said. "I tried to dodge it, and that's when everything crashed."
The plane finally came to a halt after crossing the highway.
Chan celebrated missing the plane and surviving the crash by buying lottery tickets worth USD 300, hoping his luck would continue.
People were stunned by the incident and have taken to Twitter to express their shock.
Planning to change your route?
This is quite wild indeed.
This is scary.
