Remember the Manchester woman, 30-year-old, Natalie Wynn, who wore seven dresses and two shorts to avoid paying excess baggage fine?
Looks like the woman inspired many others with her hack because recently, a man from Glasgow called John Irvine, flying by an EasyJet airplane, did the same thing to avoid paying a few bucks to check-in.
Apparently when John and his family arrived at the Nice airport in France they were told that their luggage was heavy.
John and his family were flying to Edinburgh and their baggage was over the weight limit by eight kilos. After which John started wearing clothes from the bag to reduce the baggage weight.
The video of the hilarious incident was posted by John’s son Josh Irvine on Twitter and it has gone viral online.
Josh had tweeted a series of Snapchat videos saying, "Suitcase was over the weight limit in the airport so ma Da whipped oot aboot 15 shirts n wacked everyone of them on to make the weight."
Josh captioned the video showing John wearing the extra layers by saying he was "absolutely bloody roasting".
In the video, John can be seen putting the 15 shirts one after the other. At the time of writing this article, the hilarious video already had 4.2k likes and 35k retweets.
Even Twitter had some hilarious reactions for their situation:
While we don’t know how much extra baggage charge Josh and his family was trying to avoid, but Natalie Wynn managed to avoid about Rs 6,000 approximately.
We don’t know about you, but this definitely reminded us of Joey wearing all of Chandler's clothes in the hit TV Show, Friends.
